Just Arrived: Bass Diffusion Models using a Genetic Algorithm
Enhanced Forecaster now includes the popular and easy to use Bass Diffusion model. The Bass Models allow users to quickly and easily estimate the shape of the uptake curve for a new technology. Enhanced Forecaster also includes variations such as the Generalized Bass Model that incorporates the effect of marketing-mix variables. The Bass models are enhanced by using a Genetic Algorithm to determine near optimal coefficients.
